The president of Otis’ Service Business division since early 2017, the University of Virginia business-school graduate has adapted effortlessly since the merger in April between Otis and the Nippon Otis Elevator Service, a subsidiary of Nippon Otis. The manufacturer of elevators in some of the world’s most famous structures, including the Eiffel Tower and the Empire State Building, the company tallied $12.35 billion in revenue in 2017, an uptick from the year previous that suggests good fortune in the years to come.
