Since 2012, O’Brien has led the Minnesota-based company’s marketing, sales and account-management teams, drawing in new clients with state-of-the-art digitalization that can pinpoint a truck’s location while monitoring its engine — all the while leaning forward into the rapidly evolving world of e-commerce. “Today supply chains are being impacted in all kinds of ways, with more inventory locations, speed, shipment size, and fluid origins and destinations,” C.H.
