Hippler was appointed chief sales officer at Forrester in 2017, but has worked for the company for 20 years in a variety of capacities, including as senior vice president for customer success, where she led the effort to roll out a new, company-wide customer-engagement model. She believes in focusing on customer experience and satisfaction, and that Forrester’s success is a result of prioritizing these values in what she calls the “age of the customer.”
