SVP, North America
Procter & Gamble

Turner’s trajectory is something of a rarity these days. She’s spent the entirety of her 30-plus-year professional career at Procter & Gamble, the world’s largest consumer goods company. She started back in the 1980s as a summer intern and worked her way up to her current leadership role as senior vice president of North America, overseeing 44 percent of the company’s total business, 1,400 employees, and 65 brands. She’s been an advocate for diversity and inclusion, serving as the sponsor and leader of Procter & Gamble’s customer-facing Strategic Black Leadership Team (SBLT). In 2017, she was honored by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE), a corporate advocacy group, and won the Visionary Leadership Award from Working Mother magazine, which “goes to a woman who has demonstrated innovative ways of leading that have led to breakthroughs for other women.”
