Chief Revenue Officer

Peloton has achieved something that very few companies have, but that many dream of: becoming its own category. The fitness startup that offers live-streaming spin classes for $39 a month, and $2,245 (plus tax!) indoor bikes has spread across the U.S. since its 2012 founding. That’s thanks in large part to Shannehan, Peloton’s chief revenue officer, who first joined the company back in 2014 around the time it launched its bike. Prior to Peloton, he worked at talent agency IMG for one year, and before that, he held roles at the U.S. Tennis Association and luxury travel company Inspirato. As for how he describes Peloton’s signature spin bike? “From a design standpoint, it’s not your grandparents’ at-home fitness equipment,” he told FOXBusiness. “We deliver an experience that allows people to get a boutique fitness workout from the convenience of their home.”
