Barbara Carlson

Vice President of Americas Sales, Networking at NVIDIA


Carlson is particularly passionate about building high-performance sales teams, and over the course of her 25-year career, she has led teams ranging from five people to 150, excelling in both startup environments and at Fortune 100 companies. She’s a consistent overachiever, always delivering on both revenue and profitability goals. During her time at Dell EMC, Carlson was responsible for $113 million in quota for hardware, software, and services. She then moved on to Panasas, where she built the direct sales team, channel team, and inside sales organization, expanding the company’s presence in both Europe and Asia Pacific.
In her current vice president role at NVIDIA, Carlson leverages her expertise in cloud computing, worldwide and enterprise solution sales, and business development. NVIDIA is an international tech company that’s best known as the inventor of the graphics processing unit, or GPU, which creates state-of-the-art graphics in video games and across devices.
