When asked what advice she would give to those starting out in marketing or advertising, Herbst-Brady offered the following, “Be curious, be accountable, and be grateful.” It’s advice that’s backed by Herbst-Brady’s 20 years of sales, marketing, and management experience, which includes leadership roles at Viacom, Magna Global, Fox Inc., and more. She joined Verizon Media in January of 2019 after being recruited from her role as Head of Global Strategic Partnerships at Snap. Her focus is said to be on building momentum. A self-professed history buff and pop culture lover, Herbst-Brady is known for her innovative approach to sales and marketing through “simplifying the complex, cutting through the noise, and driving transformation across multiple functions and teams.” She has been featured in Business Insider and Variety and was a speaker at 2019’s Advertising Week conference.
