Marcy Campbell

Vice President and General Manager, North America, Australia Sales & Global Sales Operations at PayPal

Campbell has been winning awards for her performance in sales ever since the start of her impressive 36-year career. In one of her first roles as a District and Sales Manager at Lotus Development in the early 90s, she secured and closed the company’s largest sale, earning her the Rep of the Year award. Since then, Campbell has been named one of CRN’s 2017 Women of the Channel and one of The Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 100 Women of Influence. She’s held a number of senior-level positions at companies such as Jivox, Engine Yard, and Qubole, focusing on driving revenue, building world class sales teams, and establishing successful growth and go-to-market strategies. Currently, Campbell leads PayPal’s commercial teams in North America and Australia (the company’s largest markets), while also heading up sales operations and enablement globally. In just over three years at the company, she has been responsible for a number of big wins, including increasing revenues by 40% year over year on a multi-billion-dollar base, achieving 112% of 2018 North American sales goals, and expanding key accounts by over 60% in just one year. A strong believer in increasing female presence in the C-suite, Campbell serves as an executive mentor at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and sits on the Bay Area Advisory Board of the Asian University for Women.
