Leary’s exceptional leadership skills come from her over 25 years of managerial experience in strategic sales and marketing — 15 of those in global leadership roles. She’s also completed multiple leadership development courses at institutions such as the Wharton School of Business. Leary spent the first half of her career heading up global marketing and communications for Tyco, later moving on to lead the company’s global accounts strategy and account management team, with the goal of driving enterprise sales growth and providing world class customer support. She’s now the Chief Commercial Officer at Ansell, a manufacturer of health protection solutions that have proved critical during the COVID-10 pandemic. Ansell produces over 10 billion medical gloves per year and sells its products in more than 100 countries.
