These honorees are navigating a world where traditional strategies are rapidly being disrupted by artificial intelligence. A bold example of this shift is Klarna, which made headlines by replacing major SaaS platforms like Salesforce and Workday with custom AI systems, underscoring the transformative changes leaders are driving as they prepare their organizations for the AI-driven business models of tomorrow.
This year’s REVOPS100 honors a cohort of leaders who have faced an incredibly challenging revenue landscape. Traditional outbound strategies have faltered in the face of new technologies, economic and geopolitical volatility. Inflation, war, and hybrid work. Do more has been replaced by do better.

Among this year’s honorees is Mamata Bhopatkar, Vice President of Worldwide Sales Strategy Enablement at Microsoft, a company all in on artificial intelligence starting with their massive and prescient investment in OpenAI. Mamata reimagined Microsoft's sales operations, successfully transforming an underperforming organization into a high-performing, success-driven team, driving $140 billion in revenue.
Holding a PhD in English and boasting experience as a president-club-earning Account Executive, Sales Manager, and SDR, Chris is driven by a central question: How do we enhance human potential and organizational effectiveness? Beyond his role at Glean, Chris is the CEO of Vext, an innovative mental health platform leveraging biomarker tracking to combat anxiety and depression. His commitment to diversity in tech shines through his volunteer work with re:WORK TRAINING, modernizing hiring processes and increasing representation in the industry.
Mark Petruzzi, Co-Founder and CEO of AGS, stands at the forefront of revenue operations innovation. As a Senior GTM Advisor for both Genpact and Boston Consulting Group, Mark's expertise spans critical areas such as forecasting and revenue enablement. His influential books, "Selling the Cloud" and "Data and Diagnosis-Driven Selling", have become essential for industry professionals and his forward-thinking approach extends to his advisory role at 4L Data Intelligence, a visionary company harnessing AI to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce costs.
Finally, Jennifer Costabile, General Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement for General Motors Fleet, brings over three decades of automotive expertise to the REVOPS100. Her innovative strategies have yielded remarkable results, including a 24,000-unit lift in commercial sales through the Chevrolet and GMC Business Elite program, achieved without increasing structural costs. As a member of the Women in Fleet Management group, she continues to champion diversity and excellence in the automotive industry.
